Product Description

Label-Lyte™ LH532 is a 1 side top coated film designed for pressure sensitive label applications. The print top coated side provides an exceptional ink adhesion with a broad range of ink systems where excellent appearance and graphics are desired. LH532 is also compatible with hot stamping and cold foil stamping systems. Label-Lyte™ LH532 is a super white opaque polypropylene film face stock with a proprietary cavitated core providing optimum yield and excellent opacity. The untreated backside layer, when treated, is offering a good base for applying adhesives.

This product is not intended for or supported for use in pharmaceutical or medical applications requiring compliance with EU or US Pharmacopeia.

Processing Statement

  • One surface of this film is coated and provide outstanding converting performance. Treatment on the coated side is not recommended. However, refreshment of the untreated adhesive receptive layer is recommended. 
  • Testing and consultation with the ink and pressure-sensitive adhesive suppliers are recommended to ensure compatibility.
  • The coated print-able surface may not be compatible with all release liners. Compatibility testing is strongly recommended.
  • This film is not intended for use in unprinted zigzag applications, in which the coated print surface is in contact with itself.
  • Label-Lyte™ film is printable by electro-photography but testing and consultation with the ink and printing heads suppliers are recommended to ensure compatibility.
